What methods do you use?
There isn’t one type of therapy that fits every person or their situation. After getting to know clients more I tailor a treatment plan that meets each individual’s needs. I draw from a number of evidence-based approaches which include:

When and where are appointments available?
Appointments are available in the afternoons and evenings. The majority of appointments are currently held using a HIPAA-compliant video platform. My office is located in Mountain View, CA.
