Do you accept insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. If you have a PPO plan, I am considered an out-of-network provider (see below). Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by debit, credit, HSA, or FSA cards.

What is an out-of-network provider?
Some PPO insurance plans can reimburse you for a percentage of session fees. Being an out-of-network provider means that you are responsible for payment directly to me, and I will provide you with a summary of services called a “superbill” (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company to claim for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to see if they cover out-of-network mental health services. Co-pays and deductibles may apply.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients or clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items or services, which includes therapy services. A Good Faith Estimate is provided upon request or at the time of scheduling health care services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, call (800) 368-1019 or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
